Paul Streeter Training Services was established by Paul in 1989 and specialises in the areas of professional sales and people management. To date, he has worked with over 60 organisations at national and international level. His passion is designing and delivering practical workshops that help attendees make a real and profitable difference in the workplace. He is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.

Paul is an enthusiastic and powerful presenter and a key strength is his ability to promote audience attention and involvement. He achieves results of a consistently high standard and is able to work effectively with all levels of employees. He is specifically concerned with enabling delegates to be able to translate off-job learning into on-job action.

Paul’s approach is to meet with you and discuss your precise training and development requirements. He then designs a detailed programme to address your objectives and talks the content through with you to ensure that you are completely satisfied with the plan before any training commences. Afterwards, you receive the delegates’ action plans to help you support them as they apply their learning in the real world.
